"I'll do my best to replace your father," you promise. "I have no experience in piracy, but I learn fast. Please give me a chance. I swear you won't regret it."
Raquel's features soften slightly at your sincerity. "Maybe you do deserve a chance," she concedes. "But if you turn out to be incompetent, I'll kill you myself." She states it flatly, without any emotion. It's just a fact, not a threat.
