Downfall/Check if the underwear is dry

You check both pieces of underwear, and of course they are dry. If Julianne hadn't told you to wash your panties, you would have wear it inside out (or go without). What is it that parents can think ahead of all the little things?
You return to the bed where your mum apparently hasn't moved.
