The Empire isn't really an empire at all, it is just headed by the vainglorious Bahamut who has taken to calling himself an Emporer. Through a contract with Deneb, witches and magic were supplied for the invasion of Feyan Lake and eventually Truce. Camory and Yuber are the two Generals leading the army.
